For most items we can produce a sample for approval. Nothing goes to mass production until you sign off.

Frequently asked questions
- Do you ship outside Korea?
- Yes. We ship worldwide on a FedEx high-tier account, and we can also use air freight, ocean freight or your own nominated forwarder. Routing and cost for your country are included in the quote.
- Can you work from a rough idea instead of finished artwork?
- Yes. A sketch, a reference photo or a written description is enough to start. We prepare a digital mock-up as part of the quote, before production.
- What is the minimum order quantity?
- It depends on the item and the decoration process, so we confirm it in the quote rather than publishing one number. Tell us the quantity you have in mind and we will tell you whether it is workable and what changes would help.
- How much does it cost?
- Unit price depends on item, material, decoration process and quantity, so we quote per project instead of publishing a price list. Send the specification and quantity and you will get a unit price for exactly that combination.
- Which languages can I write in?
- English or Korean. Our team replies by email, which also works around the time difference between Korea and your location.
